Artist Notes:
The Petitcodiac River is well known for its daily Tidal Bore. A large wave pushes up the river each day as the tide comes in. If you’re lucky, you might spot local surfers enjoying the wave as it approaches Moncton. The tidal rivulets seen in this scene are a product of the tide receding over the muddy river banks over thousands of years.

The bright-white poly-cotton canvas with a traditional two-over-one weave is printed using an Epson UltraChrome® GS3 9-color system.
