The hanging clusters of small, pink berries of the “molle,” or pink peppercorn tree, were once considered sacred to the ancient Incas. Indigenous South American populations traditionally used all parts of the tree, including the pink peppercorn fruit, as herbal solutions. While similar in appearance to black peppercorn apart from the color, pink pepper berries are more closely related to cashews. Pink Pepper essential oil is distilled from this fruit and produces a slightly woody, spicy, fruity flavour and aroma, which is often used in home cooking. Used topically, Pink Pepper essential oil is warming to the skin, and can be diffused in your home for its sharp and uplifting aroma.

Cosmetic
- Combine one drop of Pink Pepper oil with five drops of Fractionated Coconut Oil for a soothing massage.
Food
- Add one to two drops of Pink Pepper oil to a glass of water after enjoying a large meal.
- Add one to two drops of Pink Pepper oil to elevate the flavour of your favourite marinades, sauces, and other dishes.
Household
- Inhale or diffuse three to four drops of Pink Pepper oil for a quick aromatic pick-me-up.
- Blend Pink Pepper oil with citrus or floral oils and diffuse to create an invigorating aroma.
Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 120 mL of liquid.
